Special Guest Presenter: Allan Bolton: Project Manage Your Way to Overcoming Adversity!
In Project Healthy Life everyone is their own project manager, constantly making decisions related to function and performance. Successful life long execution requires a simple plan structure, maximisation of benefits, optimisation of resources and minimisation of costs and time wasted. Achieving peak human performance is about good planning for the application of basic knowledge. Project Healthy Life is not temporary, it’s lifelong and requires constant integration with the many business focused projects that confront us daily.
Allan was the first person in the world with insulin dependent diabetes to complete an Ironman Triathlon using manual diabetes management. He has completed over 100 endurance events and has trained the 1992 America’s Cup crew of Challenge Australia and Australia’s first female cyclist to complete the 4,700km Race Across America. He is recognised internationally as an expert in the areas of health, lifestyle, motivation and performance science. His achievements in business are equally as impressive. He is a co-developer of the internationally acclaimed GutBusters Waist Loss Program for Men, Scientific Advisor to Weight Watchers Australia and the key developer of the Weight Watchers for Men Program. In 1997 he was recognised with the prestigious ‘Australian Fitness Leader of the Year’ award.” Allan makes a positive difference in people’s everyday wellbeing and continues to demonstrate in his own achievements that feeling alive, rather than just staying alive, is well worth the challenge. |
